Customers of "Citadele", "Nordea", "SEB" and "Swedbanka" may apply for "Riga resident’s cards" via their i-banks

"Rīgas satiksme" informs that the option of applying for "Riga resident’s card" by filling in an electronic form and confirming it electronically is available not only to holders of the e-signature, but also to clients of the following banks: "Citadele", "Nordea", "SEB" and "Swedbanka". After "Rīgas satiksme" makes the card, those having used this option will receive an e-mail or SMS that will inform which customer service centre they have to visit for receiving the card.

"Rīgas satiksme" customer service centres are located at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 76b and Kurzemes Avenue 137. They are open every day from 9.00 till 21.00 (including Saturdays and Sundays). The additional customer service centres in the premises of "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks" are located at Gobas Street 6a, Baltāsbaznīcas Street 52, Maskavas Street 168, A.Deglava Street 106/4, Brīvības Street 430a, Mārtiņa Street 7, Tilta Street 11 k-1 and Aglonas Street 39. The customer service centres located in the premises of "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks" are open every day from 9.00 till 21.00 (including Saturdays and Sundays). There are also customer service centres in the premises of Riga’s Eastern (Austrumu) Executive Board at Daugavpils Street 31 (open on workdays from 8.30 till 20.00) and Riga’s Pārdaugava Executive Board at Eduarda Smiļģa Street 46 (open on workdays from 8.30 till 20.00) and at Dzirciema Street 26 (open on Mondays from 8.30 till 18.00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 till 17.00 and on Fridays from 8.30 till 16.00).
